Steps to Install the Module
OpenCart’s Admin panel >> Extension >> Installer
Now, grant the store administrators permission to edit the module.
OpenCart’s Admin panel >> System >> User >> User Groups >> Edit Administrator
OpenCart’s Admin panel >> Extensions >> Extensions >> Choose The Extension Type >> Modules >> Iml Template Based Chatbot >> Install and edit.

Finally, the module installation, permission, and configuration are completed with this step.
After the admin completes the configurations, an option(Chatbot) will appear in the left menu. Check Below:
Clicking on the chatbot will lead you to the chatbot question section. To add a question, click on the “Add Button.” This will lead you to the “Create Question” section.
Fill in all the details like questions, answer them, select which category you want to add this question to, add a sub-question, and enable the status. Click on the save button to proceed with the further process.
Note – Here, you can add as many questions as you want.
Note – The best thing about this extension is that the admin will have the most control over the customization.
Once all the configuration and workflow are completed, a chatbot button will be visible in the customer’s accounts. This will be surfaced in a circular format on the right side of the screen below with a chat logo.
Clicking on the chatbot will open a small section with many categories, relevant questions, answers, and sub-questions related to that answer.
One Question here will lead your customers to some other sub-questions till the question is not answered properly.
Note: Admin can always create an enormous amount of questions, sub-questions, and categories.
When all the questions are answered, the categories sections will again appear on the customer screen. If the questions are not answered properly, your customer can select some other questions from the Categories section.
This process will work like a loop that will help your customers to be more engaged in your chatbot.
